As a Tech Support Member you truely benefit from unlimited support between Monday to Saturday 9.30am – 5.30pm (excluding Bank Holidays) with support on all of your devices. Whenever you need us we’ll be there, to setup, support and fix. Plus our tutorials will help you get to grips with new gadgets. Simply pop your device into the PC Clinic Site in Blackheath and we will take care of the rest for you.

Support Methods

Every clients needs are different and we try our best to work with you to provide the best possible solution to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Once we have spoken to you and we know what your problems are we will advise you as to the best fix for your problem.

Over the phone support

Over the phone support usually takes between 10 -20 mins to be completed, if it is going to take longer than that you will be notified by the technician once they are aware of the problem you are facing. In which case you might want the tech to ‘remotely access’ your PC or for an arrangement to be made for your PC to dropped into our PC Clinic.

Remote Support

A software will be install on your PC to access your computer. The tech must be given permission by you every time he has to access your PC he will not be able to access your PC without your permission because you must start the software and a unique number is generated each time which you must give to the tech. Once you have given us permission we will securely access your computer from a remote location to resolve your problem. On completion we will disconnect from your pc completely and provide you with a full report update together with tips on how to prevent the same problem from happening in future.

On Site

You don’t need to call or make an appointment just walk in and our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you. We talk through your problem to give us a better understanding of your problem. Once that is done leave your device(s) with us and we will get back to you within 1 – 3 working days.
