Can a technician access my computer after the work is done or without my permission?
No, the connection to our system must be initiated by you the customer. Every time our experts access your computer a program is temporarily installed to allow access. Once we are finished working, we log off the session and the program that allows access is completely removed from your computer.
How much do you charge?
All our prices can be found by clicking on the pricelist link found on the website for home visit we charge £50 an hour.
How quickly will you have a technician physically dispatched to my location?
We can usually have a tech out to you within 2 hours. In some cases, depending on your location the wait time may be longer. You can be sure we will work hard to have one of our experts visit you expeditiously.
I run a business and I need frequent, rapid IT support, can you help?
Yes. We can come to an agreement based on your expected level of required support, where your needs can be prioritized during busy periods.
Can you help me with my computer if I’m outside of the U.k.?
Yes. Our online pc repair service works through an internet connection no matter where in the world you are.
How long it typically takes to solve a problem?
Most support sessions take about an hour to two hours. The session may be much shorter or longer depending on the number of and severity of issues. In some cases when a computer is heavily infected with viruses and/or spyware, work may need to continue by home or in-office onsite visit by one of our certified technical experts.
How qualified are PC Clinic Site Technicians?
Our technicians handling support have a minimum of 10 years computer repair & support experience and carry a variety of industry certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco.

We will always work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with our work. If you ever have a questions or concerns over a service, our customer satisfaction team is ready to make sure you are happy with your service.

Please understand the volatile nature of computers, and that some problems can be recurring but not necessarily due to poor service on our part. For example some computers are reinfected with the same virus or spyware after a user repeats the same actions that got the system infected in the first place.

If you have service performed and are not happy with the results we will work with you to complete the job to your satisfaction.
Plenty of companies offer these services, why should I choose you?
PC Clinic Site is designed to be cost effective. It will normally cost you less to come to us. Also, the service we provide is, we believe, more thorough. For example, rather than just fixing the problem, we'll help you understand what caused it so you can prevent it from happening again.
What if you can’t fix my problem remotely online?
There are times when an online remote session will not be adequate to remedy a particular problem. In those cases we will schedule an onsite technician to be physically to your location.
What is online remote computer support?
“Remote” or “Virtual” computer support is where our technician remotely and securely takes control of your computer to fix problems that you are having over the internet.
When I start my computer why does it take so long to get load cursor and desktop screen?
You might have too many start up programming loading and also too many icons on your desktop reducing the number of startup program and desktop icons will solve this problem.
Which platforms are you supporting? Apple Mac?
We support both Windows and MAC through our onsite service. Our remote service is only available for Windows at this time.
Who is doing the work?
The troubleshooting of your system is performed by one of our industry certified technical experts. When you call us to request service, you will speak to one of our technically trained customer service representatives who will find out details of your problem and delegate it to one of our expert technicians.
Why does my computer slow down after numerous hours of surfing on the internet?
Sometimes caused by preservation of stored pages & information packets (cookies) used by the computer to move from page to page & site to site on the internet. Can also be cause by overheating.
