All our our broadband support happens at your home or office. Normally we aim to solve a problem within one hour, if a job will take more than an hour, we will let you know before we start the job.

What we offer

Decide the timing (1 month, 3 month etc) of the contract and services you will require.

We provide you with a contract and discuss the frequency and timing of the support and maintenance to be carried out.

We send our tech guys to provide you support and maintenance of you PC(s).

We provide feedback every time we visit and suggest upgrades and additions to your PC(s).

If you have any questions, we will answer them and you can always ask us to provide you with further PC related services.

We’ll come to your home on a day to suit you and complete a quick consultation to understand your requirements.

Set up your wireless router and connect up to 2 PCs to your new network. If you need more than 2 PCs setting up we can add this in to the installation for a small additional fee.

Configure your router so that your network is safe and secure.

Set up your printer, file sharing and Internet connection on all networked PCs.

Fully test your network and show you how it works. We’ll remind you of any passwords set up.

Give you a full service report and answer any questions you may have.

Important

This service is perform at the customer site and normally takes an hour to complete. In some cases this service might take between 1 and 2 hours due to existing PC problems that need sorting out before wireless installation can be completed.
